Warm ups to Baby Grasshopper and Progressions
To help you with your practice of the new arm balances some of you have been doing I have posted some warm up asana to do first building up to Baby Grasshopper. I have shown here the advanced version of Grasshopper which will be coming to some of my classes in the future, also eight limbed pose (Astavakrasana) and extended side crane that some of you have been trying out.
Make sure you are fully warmed up first with sun salutations and the suggested poses here and that you are free from injuries. Take care, enjoy your practice and don't worry if you fall.
